The workshop was part of a training program with the aim of improving the skills and the extent of knowhow of export firms of handicraft and home textiles for the European market. Special importance was attached to imparting knowledge about material innovations. Apart from the visit to factories the entrepreneurs were informed within the scope of a full-time seminar about current material and technological innovations.<\/p>\n

The order comprised the following items<\/strong>:
\n– Development of training documentation regarding the principals of sustainable design
\n– Visit to and consulting of Vietnamese companies
\n– Presentation of material innovations and technical information and application potential
\n– Technical advice and assistance on concrete product developments, particularly in the field of bio-based production<\/p>\n

Result<\/strong>
\nWith about 80 participants, the workshop was a great success for the Vietnamese promoter VIETCRAFT as the organizer of the event. As an advisory service HAUTE INNOVATION offers the contents of the workshop to other companies and organizations in South East Asia.<\/p>\n
